Here is a link to the video of Virgil Goode’s (CP) appearance on The Stossel Show. Here is Gary Johnson (LP). Here is Stewart Alexander (Soc).
Here is a link to a discussion of the show which aired last night (13 Sep 12). The show was dedicated to the discussion of third party candidates.

My respect for Stein has gone down a few points. (it reminds me of WAR or Barr refusing to be in the same room as people that actually have a brain)
Vote for her anyway, unless we win ballot access.
Better than voting for the evil of two lessers.
I find it flabbergasting that Jill Stein would pass up an opportunity to appear on Stossel. Yes he is a libertarian but he gives non-libertarians an even break on his show. If the LP fails in PA I was planning to vote for her as opposed to not voting in the presidential race but now I don’t know.
26 candidates are on the ballot in at least one state for president, the most ever.
@8 Theoretically, you only need to win one state to deny anyone an electoral-college majority and throw the election to the US House to win it.
Goode is so disappointing. Even Chuck Baldwin was against the drug war and wanted it left up to the states.
Is Stewart Alexander on anywhere close to enough state ballots to have even a theoretical chance at winning the election? I seriously doubt it.
Yes, there were originally supposed to be 4 candidates, but Stein inexplicably passed up on the opportunity after originally agreeing to the interview.
@5 There are reports that Jill Stein declined a request for her appearance on the show.
If only 3 candidates were going to be on the show, they should have picked Jill Stein instead of Stewart Alexander.
Awesome all around, yes.
I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY ALL THREE CANDIDATES MY PERSONAL CHOICE IS VIRGIL GOODE BUT HE WILL NOT BE THE BALLOT IN MY STATE , WIL HOLD MY NOSE AND VOTE FOR ROMNEY
@1 – That was the one thing that really surprised me and still has me stumped. Even if Stein had something scheduled it’s stupid to pass up national TV coverage.
It was a great show! All three candidates had some great ideas (and not so great ones). They treated each other respectfully while still challenging one another. It was a great example of how politicians SHOULD behave.
Was very disappointed in Dr. Stein not showing up. Hello! Free media coverage!
