From Constitution Party of Wisconsin Chairman Riley J. Hood:
I was looking up a friend from my rescue days from 1991-1997. One of the websites that featured him was about the personhood of the pre-born. It had several categories: Personhood Never, Personhood Later and Personhood Now. Of course, my friend’s article was under Personhood Now.
I thought, how can the Constitution Party of Wisconsin (CPoW) be “Personhood Now?” CPoW declares that the Pre-born Can’t Wait! The Pre-born can’t survive the “abortion procedure,” which is meant to murder them, so they shouldn’t have to wait another second, to have their Right to Life secured, by the proper application of the law.
The concept of personhood is a Constitutionally-based concept. Here is where this comes from (emphasis mine): “No Person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless upon a presentment or indictment by a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land and naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.” US Constitution Amendment V.
In America, legal protection is predicated on the concept of personhood. To deny their fellow man, who is made in the image of God his Right to Life: the US Supreme Court called the pre-born babies “fetuses,” and said they didn’t know if they were persons, so the pre-born were now “non-persons.” Attacking personhood is the preferred method of a tyrant to attack a group of people he wishes to oppress or liquidate.
How does a political party embrace personhood now? The thinking is that we must wait to win elections, to do something on behalf of the pre-born. That would put us in the personhood later camp. Being “Personhood Now,” means CPoW is willing to sponsor the Personhood Amendment, because the Right to Life is more important than partisan politics. To further answer this dilemma, we have The Pre-born Can’t Wait! letter writing campaign, to promote Personhood Now. Ask Governor Walker to fully de-fund Wisconsin Planned Parenthood, and support a Personhood Amendment to the Wisconsin State Constitution. You can write to Governor Walker at:

Furthermore, when we run our 100% Pro-Life candidates, even when we don’t win, our ideas get heard, and they are ideas with the power of a political challenge behind them. This State Chairman believes that when our people run, and we keep the Right to Life front and center, we are doing something to assert the personhood now position. Regarding personhood later, when we get elected, then it will be Personhood Now, with authoritative backing. Securing the Right to Life is the first order of business for the Constitution Party of Wisconsin.

Good luck with that kind of strategy. Unfortunately since you guys are eager to exclude and attack Freemasons, Mormons, Libertarians, and others, then I highly doubt you will ever get any serious headway in Wisconsin politics, let alone national politics.
The Alaska Constitution Party agrees. We support the Right to Life/Sanctity of Life throughout the human lifespan. This includes opposition to all forms of passive and active euthanasia, assisted suicide, unlawful wars and government assassinations. Further, this would also extend to opposition to transhumanism and tinkering with human DNA, and fetal stem cell research. This also brings into question the fallacy corporate personhood.
