FL Parents launch new Family Party, Slate for 2016

June 23, 2015. Miami. (ONN) In case you haven’t heard, the Dept of Human Services and its DCFS/CPS wing are out of control and countless families across America are being unjustly victimized. Now, parents in Florida are coming together to run for State House and State Senate seats as a united candidate slate and maybe even a new political party. Their number one issue is parents’ rights, and they’re probably going to find a very receptive audience.

For readers that aren’t aware, an epidemic of child confiscations has been sweeping America for the past five years. Parents who once only lost their kids because of abuse or neglect are now losing their children because they’re poor, or they asked a teacher for after school help, or because of a divorce, or because a childless couple has a friend who works at DCFS, or because they’re home schooled, or they pray, or they own a firearm, or even because of a clerical mistake. And parents aren’t getting their kids back. Instead, they’re being sold, literally.
Judge won’t sign the removal order? Doesn’t matter, DCFS takes them anyway. Think you’ll have your day in court? Think again. Most Family Court judges are required by state guidelines to always rule in favor of DCFS over the parents regardless of the evidence. Child confiscation, housing, monitoring and forced adoptions have become a profitable industry. That’s the new reality in America. And parents aren’t just fighting mad, they’re fighting back. Just ask Mario Jimenez who is not only running for the Florida State Senate, he’s recruited a half dozen others to run with him.

Running for office, running for parents’ rights
Believe it or not, your author and Mario Jimenez crossed paths because we’re both victimized parents fighting for parents’ rights. A mutual friend and parent connected us while we all worked to spread the word about Anonymous’ nationwide Operation Expose CPS held earlier this month. Small world, and an indication of just how rampant the government abuse has become.
Mario Jimenez is one of those parents who had his kids removed by Child Services because he prayed with them. No violence, no abuse, no neglect. In fact, Dr. Mario Jimenez is a physician and he’s been fighting for the return of his children since the day they were taken back in 2012. His story is published in full detail at SayNoToPAS.com.
“The more I think about a solution to stop the killing and abuse of our children and elderly while in the care of the state, the more I realize that the solution requires the involvement of our community, and it is not a one-man show,” Mario explains on his campaign webpage, “We need many more candidates to run. 20 Senate seats could be available in 2016, all odd numbers, and all of the House of Representatives, 120 seats.”
The candidate goes on to warn, “Almost on a weekly basis two children are killed under the supervision of the state – last count 534-plus in the last six years in Florida. Our present State Senators and Representatives have done little to nothing to protect them, ignoring the plight of these children and their families. Similar abuses are taking place with the elderly under Guardianship programs.”

We are not really a party but a movement that aims at protecting the most important and basic building block of society, the Family.
Almost on a weekly basis two children are killed under the supervision of the Department of Children and Families (DCF) (last count 534+ in the last six years in Florida as per the Miami Herald, http://pubsys.miamiherald.com/projects/2014/innocents-lost/database/), and many more are taken away from parents even when this is not in the best interest of the children for mainly monetary reasons, see video.
What’s causing the DCF deaths and the separation of our families? One word summarizes it: GREED. DCF prefers to place children in foster homes or give them for adoption than to give them to family members because for every dollar it spends in foster homes, it receives three dollars from the federal government, a 200% return on investment (ROI) on top of monthly payments received for each foster child, and the bonuses received per adoption, all of which amounts to a highly sophisticated form of child trafficking as reported HERE similar to the Kids for Cash case in Pennsylvania, as described by the believed to have been murdered Senator Nancy Schaefer.
Take for example, the widely known case of Nubia Barahona described here, http://www.SayNoToPAS.com. A judge, and DCF ignored clear and convincing evidence that the Barahona children were being abused and neglected based solely in what seemed to be an unprofessional and biased report of a psychologist, Vanessa Archer, who has shown similar behavior in other cases, 1, 2. Despite responsible family members requesting custody of minor children, the Barahona children were left with the foster care abusers for no other reasonable explanation than monetary reasons. A few months later, Nubia Barahona was murdered at the hands of the foster parents, see report, and diagram explaining what some have termed the Family Court Cartel.
The same greed motivation is behind the forced separation of parents in family courts. If one of the parents has less than 50/50 time sharing, he/she is forced to pay child support, and for every dollar the states spend in child support, the federal government reimburses 66 cents back (so for every $1 the states spend, they receive $1.98 dollars back, a 98% ROI) plus millions in incentives to the states, as per Title IV-D of the social security, which is used among other things to pay the same judges who are giving these orders, a conflict of interest to say the least. So even though 50/50 time sharing is the law in Florida, judges in many cases ignore this under the excuse of the “best interest of the children” when in reality they are motivated by the desire to fill the state coffers and pay their own salaries and benefits. The initiative expands individual choice on energy supply.
The LPF can’t focus on every issue, and one that has an initiative already being circulated seems like a natural fit to issue an opinion about.
Even if the LPF did address this issue, that wouldn’t mean that advocates for the issue would all gravitate to the LPF, since many of them would disagree with the LPF on other issues; so it’s highly possible that the party would have been formed regardless.
Paulie, I would agree with you, if the LPF didn’t announce support for an initiative that expands the heavily subsidized solar energy industry, while remaining silent on the issues that lead to this Family Party’s creation. It is the LPF’s failure to promote our stance and to provide a voice for these people.
There are other single issue parties organized around issues that the LP has in fact taken on, such as Marijuana Parties. That’s because people motivated by single issus either don’t agree with or don’t care with libertarian positions on other issues, or even if they personally do, want to organize other people who agree with them on their pet issue who don’t agree with the LP on other issues.
The LPF should have made parents rights an issue, because this is a Libertarian issue. The fact that a group of citizens that live in the Miami area, where there is a large and active LPF affiliate, feel compelled to organize a new party to champion this issue demonstrates a failure of the LPF leadership to take the lead on an issue that actually affects people and destroys families.
