No more asking yourself whether you have to compromise social liberty with economic liberty or vice versa, because the Libertarian Party is fighting for your economic freedom and individual liberty all day, everyday. Besides, who wants to be associated with an elephant or a donkey when you can be a straight-up porcupine!
2. It Forces the Other Parties to Justify Themselves
Even though the odds are against the LP candidates when facing the two-party leviathan, Libertarian candidates go straight to the people and manage to make the scene so uncomfortable for Democrats and Republicans. It usually forces them the answer the questions they don’t want to and, in many cases, take a stance towards the direction of liberty they might not have had before. In a debate between two candidates that are basically the same, isn’t it important to hear from a voice of reason every once in a while? Working on a LP campaign in your community or even running as a candidate yourself is the best investment in liberty in your community you can make. If making a difference is important to you, go out and do something about, because the LP is there to have your back.
