    Considering that the American Independent Party of California has not really done anything of relevance in 12 years, and has turned into an empty shell of a political party, does it really matter who is running it now? You could put dead people in charge of it and it would not make much difference, and may actually be an improvement.

    You should shift your focus away from your hero Bowers, the Pittsburgh synagogue gunman who had the balls to do what you never can muster the courage for, and towards the large hypnotiq breasts of Ewa Sonnet, the Silesian (Southern Polish) glamour model. Those are much healthier and happier fantasies.

    The situation in the Bowers case is approaching absurdity.
    The US attorneys are talking about jury selection around September, trial beginning in October. That is four years in prison before trial. The right to a speedy trial went out the window long ago.
    Further, the defense is talking about trial in more or less a year from now. Sometime in 2023.
    Whereas from my perspective, Bowers has a very good affirmative defense possible. Further I believe he can exclude any jew from the jury, simply because of the math. There are only about 6 million jews in USA. That is about 2%. But 12 jurors represent about 8% so 2% is about 1/4 of one juror.
    Therefore I believe Bowers has a good chance for an acquittal.
    Further, the truth is on his side. I believe he should testify. If he submits the affirmative defense of self defense and the defense of others and one’s country.
    So, had his affirmative defense been promptly filed, trial could have been promptly-speedily- done and I believe an acquittal is very possible.
    Instead he has Judy Clarke famous for plea bargains in exchange for taking the death penalty off the table. That would be a life sentence for Bowers.

    Breaking news: I have sent a letter to the Judge, Robert Colville, in the Robert Bowers case.
    Certified, return receipt requested.
    cc: US attorney,
    Federal Public Defender
    I moved for a video conference with Bowers.
    I sent a copy of letter to Judy Clarke via email.

    I have been reading more than one anticipated scenario for catastrophe for civilization.
    Nuclear war and climate change.
    In other words individual are writing, including myself, that we are heading for these two scenarios.
    Whichever comes first.
    So if we survive the present Ukraine situation, we still are headed for climate change.
    Quick catastrophe or slow catastrophe.
    Sorry, but that is the way it looks to me also.
    Russia is locked into circling the drain going out in a blaze of glory.
    America is locked into Duverger’s Law keeping Israel and the reactionary democrats and republicans in power and propped up. That would include the fossil fuel industry.
    Everybody is lock stepping towards the cliff.

    You guys crack me up-again.
    You do not think the American and Russian militaries are watching this situation closely?
    BOTH America and Russia civilian governments are fd up.
    And they are expected to just follow orders?
    I do not think so.
    They will follow orders until they get fed up and cannot anymore.
    Then they turn on the civilian government.
    Can’t happen here?
    Let us hope and pray it can.
    Because you people do not seem to do much about this mess we are in.
