    Well, I’m going to beat a dead horse. The FEC found reason to believe the Libertarian Party of Florida, LP of Miami-Dade, and Pierre Crevaux violated the foreign national prohibition for the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, because based on the available information at that time, it appeared that Crevaux may have managed and participated in LPMD’s decisions, including those involving campaign activities, and was involved in decision-making for LPF.

    Darryl Perry reports to us that libertarian Kelly Halldorson has gained the needed signatures, and will be on the New Hampshire ballot as a candidate for Governor. Her party identification will be “Libertarian”.
