The Libertarian Party of Mississippi announced on Monday that its 2025 Annual Convention will be held in Biloxi next month. The convention will be a one-day event.
The party shared on social media that the convention will take place at the Hyatt Place Hotel in Biloxi on January 25, 2025. It was also noted that discounted rates will be available for those attendees reserving through the organization. While a formal agenda has not yet been provided, the party confirmed that 2024 Libertarian vice presidential nominee Mike ter Maat will address delegates as a guest speaker.
In addition to the usual convention business, the party states that it will host a casual music and meet-up event in the hotel lobby bar, featuring current Party Chair Glen Lewis, as well as city council candidates Mike Halat and Stephan Santibanez. The party indicated that further updates will be shared in the near future.
