Brian Moore Runs for Governor of Florida…As A Democrat

Austin Cassidy reports from Uncovered Politics that former Socialist Party USA Presidential candidate Brian Moore is running for Governor in Florida. Moore is not, however, running as a Socialist Party candidate. Rather, he’ll be participating in the Democratic Party primary.

Brian Moore, the Socialist Party’s 2008 candidate for President, has filed to run for Governor of Florida as a Democrat.Moore has sought statewide office in Florida before, running as a “No Party” candidate for U.S. Senate in 2006.  He’s also made several runs for Congress in South Florida, both as an independent and also as a Democrat.

State CFO Alex Sink would have advanced directly to the general election as the Democratic nominee had Moore not filed paperwork this morning. Now she will have a primary on August 24.

Moore received 6,528 votes in his 2008 run for President.

Sears is a hater here when it comes to internal party politics that he continues to loose at even when he thinks he has it won… something else gets out from the prison and censorship party.

Steve Sears should know better than to slander and liable a man with a credit card cash advance receipt or is Steve Robert Sears aka flsocialist of sour grapes trying to pull an Alvin Greene “Elephant dung is all over him” moment?

It appears that the SPFL got it right, and Moore is a traitor to Socialist and his class. This opportunist will go to whomever will give him money and press. It’s all about Brian, when it comes to Moore. The real question, is did the Republican’s pay his filing fee to disrupt the Democrats

It appears the SPFL has shot itself in the foot once again. When will they – if ever – get their act together?

The statement “State CFO Alex Sink would have advanced directly to the general election as the Democratic nominee had Moore not filed paperwork” is not true. Urban planner Michael E. Arth (D) had also qualified to run in the Democratic primary.
