On Wednesday this week, after refusing the simple request for several years; after expending several million dollars in lawyer’s fees to battle anyone who dared pursue it; after vindictively engineering the court-martial and imprisonment of an honorable soldier who stood by his sworn oath to defend the Constitution of the United States; Barack Obama finally gave in and released what purports to be a copy of his full and complete birth certificate.
This constitutes incontrovertible proof that he, his media claque (including snopes.com, etc.) and the gullible or cowardly politicians (Democrat and Republican alike) who repeatedly claimed that he had already done so, were lying. The people they derided and ridiculed as “birthers” were telling the truth. The Certification of Live Birth published on the Internet, which these liars repeatedly referred to as his birth certificate, was an abridged certification that omitted the vital information needed to verify that he was born on U.S. soil, and could therefore claim, jus soli, to be a citizen at birth.
The Certificate of Live Birth released on Wednesday specifies the hospital where he was born and includes the signature of the attending physician. Assuming that it is not a convenient fabrication, it constitutes prima facie evidence as to the matter of fact involved in the eligibility controversy. The liars and dupes who asserted or accepted the Certification of Live Birth as his birth certificate will now contend that this ought to end the controversy. But since they were either lying or deceived up to now, it hardly matters what they contend. They ought properly to be accorded little or no credibility.
Concerned Chuck – While many children are indeed recruited into homosexuality via physical molestation the most predominant cause of this emotional pathology is resentment of the child for their parents with an emphasis toward resenting the father. Once the child is tricked into resenting their parents the resulting identity fracture can produce virtually endless pathological variations inclusive of homosexuality. This resentment can be the first cause which is then reenforced by physical molestation or the reverse can occur where the molestation comes first and is then reenforced by the resentment. By far the first causation is the most predominant cause of the pathology. Although physical molestation makes recovery from the pathology far more difficult the foundation of healing for Mr. Keyes daughter, as for all those afflicted by homosexuality, will occur when she stops resenting ( hating ) her father. This is why recovery from homosexuality, while it can be aided by what is known as ” reparative therapy,” is at its base a spiritual matter; i.e.; recovery occurs only via the Grace of God as only He can cleanse such poison from the soul of the afflicted. Such an event requires the afflicted to repent of their resentment; i.e; renounce the resentment which they have embraced and find true sorrow and remorse for their hatred of their parents. If Mr. Keyes daughter refuses, as so many of those who are afflicted do, to do such an action then no recovery is possible.

If Alan Keyes wants to write an article about liars he can start by looking in the mirror where he will find one of the greatest liars in the country; certainly matching if not beating our liar-in-chief Barack Obama in both volume of lies and personal corruption. While the issue of the birth certificate is completely valid and must be exposed Keyes, as the fraud that he is, is only using the issue to build his ” street cred ” in order to cover up the fact that he is the biggest mole within the conservative movement. The fake persona/cover which he has built over the years allows him to continue to successfully betray the conservative movement on multiple fronts as good, but very misguided, people cannot allow themselves to believe the reality that it is Keyes who is putting a knife in their back. He, as a master liar, is certainly the most successful mole within the conservative movement.

I agree, he should have been able to subpoena the long form.
What I object to is characterizing him as some kind of hardcore constitutionalist. Never heard a peep out of him about the undeclared wars in Iraq or Afghanistan, the anti-constitutional atrocities at Guantanamo Bay. He didn’t give a damn about the Constitution, so far as I can tell, until he wanted to know where the Commander in Chief was born.
Tom, I think a military member who does something similar to what Lt. Col. Lakin did is unwise, and it is generally the wrong venue. A military member cannot reasonably be expected to question the legitimacy of every order or they could do nothing else.
So if they do such a thing in this sort of grand and showy fashion, fine, but it is equivalent to an act of civil disobedience for the purpose of political theater, and you should only do it if you realize this going in and are willing to accept the near certain consequences.
I just hope that Lt. Col. Lakin knew this going in and wasn’t misled by people.
That said, he should have been able to subpoena the President’s long form birth certificate to adequately defend himself, and if that couldn’t happen the charges should have been dismissed.

Did that guy “defend the Constitution of the United States” vis a vis the fact that nearly ten years in, Congress has yet to issue the constitutionally required declaration of war?
No, he did not.
He requested orders to deploy to Afghanistan — and by so requesting recognized the legitimacy of the chain of command issuing those orders, and of the order themselves. Then he turned around and wanted to contest in court the fact that he had already stipulated to.
My guess is that he hadn’t turned down any paychecks, either, even though those paychecks, if Obama is not legitimately the president, were unlawfully issued (since there was no president to sign the budget authorizing them).
Surprisingly he isn’t demanding to see a “Certificate of Authenticity” to go along with the long form BC.
It must irk the hell out of him and a few Libertarians that Trump is getting the credit for getting the long form released.

Maybe if Alan Keyes did not keep running for office every 4 years and stayed home, he might have a daughter that shared his religious and cultural values. After 2008, when Keyes made a lame attempt at the Republican nod, then bolted to make a lame attempt at the CP nod, and then made his own party, I lost all respect for the man. Keyes had his shot at Obama in 2004 and got crushed. The man’s whorish lust for attention is pathetic.
