Former Libertarian representative endorses Bob Bird

On October 7th, Alaskan Independence Party candidate Bob Bird, who is running for US Senate, held a press conference in Fairbanks, Alaska. He was endorsed by one of the Republican primary opponents of incumbent Ted Stevens, and former Alaska representative, Dick Randolph. Dick Randolph was one of three Libertarians elected to the Alaska state legislature in the early 70s and was the first Libertarian elected to any state legislature. Randolph endorsed Congressman Ron Paul for President earlier this year.

Actually, I read through the thing with both names, and they’re pretty interchangeable…

    Bob Bird, not Bob Barr.

Bob Barr’s poor vote total will be an indictment against the faux-libertarian/conservatism of the heavily socialist, backwards Alaskan state. If this state were truly as it portrays itself, Bird would win in a landslide. In reality, it is not libertarian nor conservative but right-wing socialist (i.e. fascist) and among the worst in the U.S. as far as I can tell. Prove me wrong, Alaskans, by giving Bob Bird a high percentage of the vote!

The best Bob running for national office. I hope he does well.

I think so too–but im doubting it, unless the incumbent is convicted by November 4th.

Go Bob! It would be nice if he were to break double-digits.
