In an e-mail received by IPR earlier today from Wes Wagner regarding the LP Oregon leadership dispute, Mr. Wagner reports that the following Amended Response has been filed by his counsel, with what he has characterized as:
Detailed information on plaintiffs registering with the Republican Party to participate in their internal processes;
New affirmative defenses stating that this issue was decided by the Oregon Secretary of State;
New affirmative defenses stating that the time to appeal the Secretary of State’s prior ruling has expired;
Failure to exhaust internal remedies.
