CCTUC: Unfortunate announcement on negotiations with the National Constitution Party

The following was posted on the Clarion Call to Unite Committee (CCTUC)’s website on April 30th:

It is with regret that the Clarion Call To Unite Committee announces a ceasing of its outreach efforts and dialogue with the national leadership of the Constitution Party.

On April the 20th, the National Constitution Party’s Executive & National Committees in Baltimore, Maryland passed a resolution that refused to engage in dialogue or support for the CCTUC, and it’s cause of uniting the other constitutionalist parties together.
For reasons relating to the misunderstandings about the specifics of the goals of the CCTUC, which never included ‘dissolving’ or ‘disbanding’ the Constitution Party itself, and because of past animosities with the leaders and members of several other parties that the CCTUC is currently in negotiation with, which remain fresh in the minds of the many leaders and members of the CP- was the concept of uniting together rejected.
And regardless of the controversy of how the vote was conducted, the will & desire of the leaders and members of the Constitution Party was overwhelmingly clear and valid.

Therefore, while the CCTUC respects the National CP’s wishes, however, it will nevertheless continue on with its efforts in unifying the parties together, and will still appeal, and welcome dialogue, or participation, from any individual leader, member, or state affiliate with the National CP, if they so desire.

Sincerely,

Cody Quirk,
National Chairman,
Clarion Call To Unite Committee

Not exactly, Trent. But if you want to think that, then knock yourself out.

“– If my memory is correct you were an original supporter of Alan Keyes;”

No your memory is not correct. Never in a million years would I support someone like Alan Keyes. Never.

    No answer for Mike @14?

“Doesn’t matter much anyways because personally, I no longer consider myself a member or supporter of the Constitution Party, as of yesterday.”

LMAO. That’s hilarious. Started off trying to combine forces, ended up fractioning the movement more. Wow.

  5. Cody Quirk May 3, 2013

No, Sean, the quest is still on, I’m just changing up the approach to achieving it, that’s all.

Mr. Scallon @ #12 – If my memory is correct you were an original supporter of Alan Keyes; the original official declarer of war upon the Constitution Party. Since he was an agent of the Republican Party assigned to destroy the CP the GOP did indeed ” rest easy ” as a result of the criminal act of fraud which Keyes lieutenants committed in order to take over the AIP; a party which to this day is now controlled by an alliance of the GOP, SPLC, and ADL and which has absolutely NO intention of promoting ” peace ” in an way or in ending the ” civil war ” which they ignited.

Mr. Quirk was NEVER a ” peacemaker ” as from the very beginning he declared that certain groups, such as evangelical Christians, were not welcome in his call to ” unite.” He instead undertook NO study of the history of the attack against the AIP, flippantly dismissed any recognition of such attacks as ” grudges,” and then attacked myself ( the greatest enemy of the attackers ) as a service to the alien controllers of the AIP to prove his good faith to them.

The GOP attacked the CP in 2008 after putting their agents in place years earlier to conduct just such attack at the most opportune time. They were hence ” resting easy ” many years ago because they knew that their assassins would kill the CP in due time.

There is no possibility of ” unity ” with the Enemy of God; the true agent and controller of the attackers behind such attacks.

“For the time being, I am only affiliated with my state party, and not any national political party.”

How does that pertain to presidential nominations and/or general elections, or will you just be sitting those out?

And so doth endeth the quest for unity. The man trying to bring the factions together winds up leaving his own party because of it. Christ said “Blessed are the Peacemakers” yet even our Lord never had to deal with fractious non-major party totems before. The civil war amongst the pygmies continues and the GOP can rest easier knowing no matter what happens it will never be replaced by a party on the Right for the reasons that are all to pathetically common in non-major party land.

For the time being, I am only affiliated with my state party, and not any national political party.

    Hi Cody,
What party do you plan on joining? As a someone who was briefly registered as a Constitution Party member, I am now registered as a Republican but I still donate and occasionally vote for Constitution Party candidates (as well as Libertarian Candidates depending on the office).

Update the CP just changed the California Contact list. They removed Dr. Don Grundmann
and replaced the contact listing with Nathan Johnson.

It is good you are in shape. I guess you are now
getting the vile emails from Don “Three Dates”
Grundmann. I was present when he told Mary
Robinson that his hands could fold her in two.

I was informed of the vile phone call Grundmann made to
Grace Hill in the middle of the night, by her husband.

With the posting on an other post, I suggest
you do protect yourself. Because he is talking
    of knifes in our backs.

    Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg

Btw, I own firearms, I’m into kickboxing, and also stay in shape- so I’m quite capable of defending myself from any physical threat.

  14. Cody Quirk May 1, 2013

Spoken like the psychotic 5-year old that you are. No wonder why the California CP voted you out.

And I’m out of the CP now because of the drama and people like you, so I could care little about what your party thinks of me.

  15. Mark Seidenberg May 1, 2013

    NEWS

Grundmann is out as California Contact and Nathan Johnson is in.

Today, I checked the CP website and notice that
they removed the ‘1ST CHAIRMAN OF THE
    cONSTITUTION PARTY

  16. Don Grundmann May 1, 2013

Twerp – I am sure that you did not share with the SLPD the first e-mail which you sent to me which contained your own threat against me. That would of course spoil your oooohhhhh sooooo precious ” image ” as wittle picked upon Cody.

No matter. When and if they contact me I will show it to them and hence demonstrate to them the weasly nitwit twerp that you are.

Don J. Grundmann, D.C. Proud flusher of the Cody Quirk ” load ” right out of the Constitution Party

P.S. – Don’t forget to contact your lawyer friends that you threatened me about. Tell them I will be expecting them.

My guess Dr. Grundmann asseverates that CCTUC is an other form of RODENT, viz.,
    as in a vampire bat.

Maybe you know where I can get a copy of the
by-laws of the CP of CA for circa August, 2010.
When Dr. Grundmann started the Political Body,
viz., Constitution Party of California the first registration figures was 72 California Electors.
By February 10, 2013 that number increased to
304 California Electors. All the CP of California
needs now to get ballot qualified is 102,700 additional California Electors by the end of 2013.

With Dr. Don Grundmann holding the office of
“1st Chairman of the Constitution Party of California”, when and where do you think these
additional electors will be coming from.

    Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman,
    American Independent Party of California

  18. Cody Quirk May 1, 2013

Doesn’t matter much anyways because personally, I no longer consider myself a member or supporter of the Constitution Party, as of yesterday.

I’ll also share with you the wonderful emails Don sent me that I also shared with the San Leandro Police Department too.

  19. Don Grundmann May 1, 2013

Cody and/or KL – Why don’t you print the letter which I wrote to the State Chairmen and party members, and sent to them on 4-30, which was the last stake through the heart of your vampire CCTUC?

    Aren’t you ” reporters?”

Don’t you ” claim ” to uncover the truth?

Don J. Grundmann, D.C. Proud driver of the last stake through the heart of the CCTUC vampire
