Baldwin could possibly break records for CP Presidential campaigns

The previous record for most votes for a Constitution Party presidential campaign was Howard Phillips’ 1996 campaign in which he recieved 184,820. Chuck Baldwin is within view of this record right now. With 99% of precincts reporting, Chuck Baldwin has achieved 180,615 votes nationally. This number will inevitably go up as the final precincts finish reporting and as write-ins are reported in Texas, Arizona, Indiana, North Carolina, Georgia, Conneticut, Maine, California, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania.

If CA had not of been hi-jacked the record would have all ready been shattered.

Peroutka got something like 2000 write-ins in TX in 2004. And this year there will be write-ins in PA and CA too—it seems inevitable that Baldwin will cross over the record.
