The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America
The Declaration of Independence was a statement adopted by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, which announced that the thirteen American colonies, then at war with Great Britain, regarded themselves as independent states, and no longer a part of the British Empire. John Adams put forth a resolution earlier in the year which made a formal declaration inevitable. A committee was assembled to draft the formal declaration, to be ready when congress voted on independence. Adams persuaded the committee to select Thomas Jefferson to compose the original draft of the document, which congress would edit to produce the final version. The Declaration was ultimately a formal explanation of why Congress had voted on July 2 to declare independence from Great Britain, more than a year after the outbreak of the American Revolutionary War. The Independence Day of the United States of America is celebrated on July 4, the day Congress approved the wording of the Declaration.

HERE IS A DECLARATION OF JUST A FEW OF THOSE AB– USES:
1. PRIVATE BANKERS CONTROLLING OUR MONEY SUPPLY since December 23, 1913 with the creation of the 4th Central Bank in America. These Private Bankers began to take us off the Gold Standard in 1933, so they could better manipulate the currency and fractional reserve banking, for their 20 year anniversary. What do you think they have planned for us at the end of this year for their 100th Anniversary? Who do you think controls the puppet politicians?

2. THE 16th AMENDMENT, never truly ratified by the states, struck down in several Supreme Court Cases and implemented as a “voluntary” tax that is somehow now considered “mandatory”. According to the 1984 Grace Commission, “100% of the individual income tax is solely absorbed by interest on the federal debt.” Could this be the reason we’ve been kept us in DEBT for over 150 years?

3. UNBALANCED FEDERAL BUDGETS since 2001. Balancing the Annual Federal Budget is one of Congress’ and the President’s primary duties yet they’ve refused to do it in 12 years. The past 5 years, Congress has not passed nor the President signed ANY Budget. This is being allowed on OUR WATCH.<4. The FEDERAL DEBT of almost $ 17 TRILLION DOLLARS – Up $16 TRILLION since America’s 200th Birthday in 1976. After 200 years as a nation, the debt was less than $ 1 TRILLION, but has increased 16 TIMES that in only 37 years! 5. THE PERPETRATION OF A FALSE FLAG EVENT ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 that killed 2753 including 343 Fire Fighters and 60 Police Officers. Its scientifically impossible for buildings to fall at a free fall rate of speed without all the floors below first being compromised. 3rd Grade physics teaches matter falls to the area of least resistance, not into its own footprint. 6. THE COMPLIANCE OF THE MASS MEDIA that went along in covering up this False Flag Event. The Mass Media is working against the American People not for us ! No, not even FOX is telling you the truth – they are continuing the false left vs right paradigm and your belief a change in puppets is “real change”. Sorry to bring you the bad news but only the puppets change – the controllers have remained the same throughout your lifetime.

7. LIES THAT TOOK US TO WAR in March of 2003 – costing $ 4 TRILLION and RUNNING; During the Iraq War alone, 4,475 U.S. service members were killed and 32,220 were wounded. Americans are more hated and despised around the world today which means even with this massive expense – WE ARE LESS SAFE ! (see Resources Tab above)
8. DISARMING AMERICANS AND THE 2ND AMENDMENT. The Federal Government’s compliance with the United Nations to push to disarm Americans. How do Americans let this un-American organization headquarter on our soil in NYC with a statue of a gun with its barrel tied in a knot ? Is that not in direct contempt of the 2nd Amendment, our Bill of Rights and our Individual Rights ? Isn’t it direct contradiction to everything American ? Continue to weaken the 2nd Amendment and you continue to weaken the Bill of Rights.
9. The PATRIOT ACT – better known as the Repeal the 4th Amendment Act. This has led to surveillance of US Citizens even though no Americans were involved with 9/11. Why are We the People allowing this ? Isn’t it obvious 9/11 was the event that started this ball and all the others rolling ? This is the LAW the federal government points to saying their actions are all “legal”. NAZI Germany did the same exact thing – everything they did was “legal” too.
10. The DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY. Its obvious to those with eyes to see that this agency was not created to protect and defend Americans, but rather to lock them down and create another arm to the growing police state apparatus of the federal government, which CPF believes is doing the work of the UN and pushing America toward World Government.
11. DRONES IN AMERICA. Last week, FBI Director Robert Mueller finally admitted that the Bureau uses drones to carry out surveillance on Americans. Many local police agencies now have drones. Many of them keep it a secret. Guess who provides much of the grant money? You guessed it – The Department of Homeland Security. Why are We the People allowing our elected representatives unconstitutionally surveil us? It may be “legal” but it is not constitutional according to the 4th Amendment. Because of American Apathy, more than likely, drones have already or will be killing Americans – in America ! Because of drones, no human will ever have the confidence of complete 100% privacy ever again. This is being allowed on OUR WATCH.
12. AGENDA 21 – SEVEN 50 Another arm of the UN/US Aparatus to lock down Americans and the World. The U.S. Government Plans to Push Americans Out of Suburbs and Move into Planned Cities. The police state has now entered your home with Smart Meters that surveil your energy usage by appliance and will soon charge you more based on “peak time usage”. Environmentalism is used to confuse and deceive the individual “for the betterment of the collective and mother earth but do the detriment of the individual”. Over time, individual transportation and home ownership will be phased out.

13. THE NATIONAL DETAINMENT AUTHORIZATION ACT allows for indefinite detainment of Americans without cause without due process and without habeas corpus. This is COMMUNIST / NAZI type of legislation – again aimed at Americans that had nothing to do with September 11, 2001. This is being implemented and allowed on OUR WATCH.
14. AN ATTACK ON EDUCATION as Federal Trade Associations create and trademark new “National Education Curriculum” called COMMON CORE and consolidate the Americans Education System – taking control away from the states and local school boards. This is the unraveling of parental responsibility and authority over their children. Do parents have a say in what their children are taught?

15. WARRANTLESS WIRETAPPING AND THE GROWING SURVEILLANCE SOCIETY. In December 2005, the New York Times reported the National Security Agency was tapping into telephone calls of Americans without a warrant, in violation of federal statutes and the Constitution. Furthermore, the agency had also gained direct access to the telecommunications infrastructure through some of America’s largest companies. NSA Spying on Americans, even though we had nothing to do with 9/11, and “data mining everything” since September 11, 2001 according to William Biney, a 32 year NSA employee and now whistleblower, Edward Snowden is only one of many that has leaked the crimes being committed against you and the 4th amendment. Americans must decide if the 4th Amendment Exists or Not?

16. POLITICAL SPYING — Government agencies — including the FBI and the Department of Defense — have conducted their own spying on innocent and law-abiding Americans. Through the Freedom of Information Act, the ACLU learned the FBI had been consistently monitoring peaceful groups.
17. GOVERNMENT SECRECY — The Bush administration has been one of the most secretive and nontransparent in our history. The Freedom of Information Act has been weakened , the administration has led a campaign of reclassification and increased secrecy by federal agencies (including the expansion of a catch-all category of “sensitive but unclassified”), and has made sweeping claims of “state secrets” to stymie judicial review of many of its policies that infringe on civil liberties. It even refused to grant government investigators the security clearances they needed to investigate the illegal and unconstitutional NSA wiretapping program. The administration has also expressed interest in prosecuting journalists under the Espionage Act of 1917: essentially trying to quell the media’s role in exposing questionable, illegal and unconstitutional conduct, including the maintenance of secret CIA prisons abroad and the NSA wiretapping program. Of course Puppet Obama has picked right up where Puppet Bush left off.
18. TORTURE KIDNAPPING AND DETENTION — In the years since 9/11, our government has illegally kidnapped, detained and tortured numerous prisoners. The government continues to claim that it has the power to designate anyone, including Americans as “enemy combatants” without charge. Since 2002, some “enemy combatants,” have been held at Guantanamo Bay and elsewhere, in some cases without access by the Red Cross. Investigations into other military detention centers have revealed severe human rights abuses and violations of international law, such as the Geneva Conventions. The government has also engaged in the practice of rendition: secretly kidnapping people and moving them to foreign countries where they are tortured and abused. It has been reported the CIA maintains secret prison camps in Eastern Europe to conduct operations that may also violate international standards. Congress made matters worse by enacting the Military Commissions Act, which strips detainees of their habeas rights, guts the enforceability of the Geneva Conventions’ protections against abuse, and even allows persons to be prosecuted based on evidence beaten out of a witness. 20. AN OBVIOUS COMPLIANCE BY OUR FEDERAL LEADERS TO IGNORE THE U.S. CONSTITUTION AND BILL OF RIGHTS AND RATHER WORK WITH THE UNITED NATIONS TO FURTHER THE GOAL OF WORLD GOVERNMENT. THIS COMPLETELY CONTRADICTS OUR NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY, STATE AND INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS. WILL YOU JUST STAND BY AND ALLOW MORE CONSOLIDATION OF POWER INTO THE HANDS OF A FEW?
