Constitution Party releases video outlining its case against the “Fair Tax”

Many are touting the proposed “Fair Tax” as a preferable alternative to the federal income tax and the IRS, but is the Fair Tax really any better? This video looks at the original intent of the U.S. Constitution and the policies proposed by the Constitution Party for restoring Constitutional taxation.

    14th Amendment was unconstitutional, Knapp.

    Well, it’s nice to see that the Constitution Party hasn’t fallen for the “Fair” Tax (unlike some Libertarian Party members and candidates).

    But the video is pretty dumb. The 16th Amendment isn’t “unconstitutional.” Amendments are part and parcel of the Constitution.
