The liveblog, actually the late blog, will appear on https://ThirdPartyWatch.com, starting before 1:15 PM Eastern. The YouTube livestream is not working. Apparently the internet connectivity in the meeting room is not very good. When livestream started working, speakers were mostly incomprehensible. I will try later with the posted recordings. That failed, too.
In short, the electronic coverage was so bad that it was impossible to tell what speakers were saying. LNC members were often OK. People at the image display were not. Did they have lapel mikes?
