Libertarian Carla Howell chairs the Alliance to Roll Back Taxes in Massachusetts. She has led an initiative to roll back the state’s sales tax from 6.25% to 3%. That measure is on the ballot this November.

Former Rep. Senator Lincoln Chafee announces independent bid for governor in RI
