Only two small towns in New Hampshire have completed their voting thus far. The midnight-voting towns of Dixville Notch and Hart’s Location make up only a very tiny portion of the number of votes in their state, but they often receive some early media attention.
In Dixville Notch, Romney received 5 votes and Obama received 5 votes. No other candidate received any.
In Hart’s Location, Romney received 9 votes, Barack Obama received 23 votes, and Gary Johnson received a single vote.
The combined vote totals means that Gary Johnson’s vote percentage currently stands at 2.33% nationally and in New Hampshire.

1992 appears to have been the high point for the Libertarian candidate for President according to the body of the article. Andre Marrou received 5 out of 27 votes cast for 18.5%. The remainder of votes went to Bush, Perot and Clinton.
