    I suppose I just assumed this was to actually select the theme, since you had to throw actual money at it.

    How about this? NO VICTIM, NO CRIME.

    Then the theme of the convention could promote jury nullification.

    I like that choice. Is it officially going to be the theme or did it just win the contest to help inform, but not necessarily make, the committee’s decision?
