The Libertarian Party of Michigan (elected) has had its attorney send a letter to Angela McArdle, claiming that Joe Brungardt and not Andrew Chadderdon is the lawful LP of Michigan Chair, denying that the National Committee disaffiliated the LP of Michigan, demanding that LPMI’s access to shared CRM files be restored, rejecting the claim that the National Committee can require the LPMI (elected) to cease to use the name “Libertarian Party,” and demanding the following:
“[I]mmediately cease and desist any further efforts to delegitimize their positions or otherwise interfere with the affairs of the state-level party.…
