Green PA township supervisor dies at 70

Spring Brook Twp. Supervisor Harry Blumer, 70, died Thursday while visiting the Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg, longtime friend and fellow township Supervisor Jack Flyte confirmed Friday afternoon.
